Features of Motrcon 2480 Drawout Motor Control Centre Enclosure - Designed
to provide foolproof control for the motors installed in varied process
industries viz. fertilizer, petrochemical, cement, oil refineries,
chemical plants, power stations, material handling plants and other
continuous process plants.
- Fully compartmentalized (Form 4) design ensures operator safety.
- Drawout Modules are withdrawable with 3 distinct positions viz. Test,Service and Isolation.
- Drawout Modules of same size are fully interchangeable.
- Totally enclosed, vermin-proof and dust-proof vertical bus-bar chamber.
- Automatic safety shutter of the vertical bus-bar chamber.
- Main bus-bars are easily approachable from the top.
- Self-aligning and self-disconnecting power and auxiliary control contacts.
- Vertical bus-bars are free of any nuts and bolts. Hence, the entire vertical bus-bar is maintenance free.
- Double stab-in earthing provided for all the drawout components.
- Swivelling lever-guide for easy withdrawal of the modules without any additional tools.
- Feeder and cable alley doors open in opposite directions providing ample working space.
- Highly flexible, changes as per site condition.
Our Infrastructure
We,
at Sunesons Engineering & Fabrications Pvt. Ltd. are backed by a dedicated team
of pro-active and skilled designers and engineers as well as advanced
equipments as a part of our infrastructure. The sophisticated
machineries employed by us include CNC Hydraulic Turret Punch Press, CNC Hydraulic Press Brakes, Power Press, Hydraulic Shearing, CO2 Welding Machines and Spot Welding Machines. The enclosures are fabricated using the best quality sheet steel. Pre-treatment is done using seven tank process. Powder coating is done in a conveyorised plant, with epoxy powder of shades RAL 7032, RAL 7035 and IS 631 as standard. Our professionals receive periodic training to stay abreast of the latest
technological changes occurring in the marketplace.

dignified customers. Our panels are tested as per IS and IEC standards at CPRI, Bhopal for
50KA Short Circuit Test and IP-54 Ingress Level
Test. Drawout electrical accessories are tested for temperature rise
test and millivolt drop test.
